Recruitment Process
The key element of OPTIMA’s success is its employees. Our primary goal is to match the right person to the right job within the company.
The common qualities we seek in candidates are: the required education, experience, and competencies for the position, along with personality traits that align with OPTIMA’s corporate culture and values.
We use phone interviews and one-on-one interviews according to our personnel needs. Our interviews are competency-based. Depending on the position, language tests and personality inventory tests are conducted.
The first interview is conducted by Human Resources to assess the candidate’s suitability for the position and their competencies. Successful candidates are then invited to a second interview with the relevant department manager. If necessary, a third interview may be arranged.
