OPTIMA was established in 2003 as a result of the restructuring of the experience gained since 1977. Until 2005, Optima’s main business area had been Mechanical Contracting of medium/large buildings. With a strategic decision in 2005, based on the fact that its main value was its ‘engineering’ knowhow and experience; Optima headed towards to the area of operation and maintenance. Over time, this area has become Optima’s core business.
OPTIMA, which started its journey in 2006 by providing Facility Technical Management of a 5.000 m² office building, has today become the leading local company providing only Facility Technical Management Services for buildings, with a reference located in 34 different locations in Turkey, with a total area of more than 3.500.000 m². Since its establishment, our company has been continuously investing in technological measuring equipment and management software in order to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality with the most economical methods.
